Passionate Purpose

Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, —Hebrews‬ ‭12:1‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

We all have audiences. We all have followers and those we inspire. Though our focus is on pleasing God, using the gifts God gave us often allows us platforms, that connect us to people, who become inspired beyond our gifts—they see our PURPOSE.

And purpose is POWERFUL, because it transcends a moment, a race, and even life—it is an energy transferred that can never be lost or ended—even when life is.

We all are running a race—we all get tired, we all get to a point where we feel “the best”, we lose some, we win some—and yet, every race requires endurance until the end. God has and continues to teach me the power of purpose, the impairment of weight(s), and the importance of running (metaphorically and literally) this race of life authentically, truthfully, lovingly, and purposefully.

God has given us examples of encouragement and of faith—those who endured in their purpose, leaving their legacy and impressions on generations that will not and have never been in their physical presence. This is the POWER of purpose and this why we must ALL run the race set before us with diligence, with joy, and with God. May wisdom guide our life, our actions, and our hearts. May passionate purpose fuel our desires and the demands that accompany them in our pursuits of success.
