Pause. Pray. Praise.

Happy #faithfilledfriday 🤎

He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the Lord. —Psalm‬ ‭40:3‬ ‭ESV‬‬

This week was such a manifestation of God’s favor, goodness, and grace. Miracle after miracle, message after message; “my hope does not disappoint.” It’s been a long time since I’ve come to the end of my myself with a victorious mindset and place of unwavering faith. I completely trusted in the One upon whom I rely. Even though I didn’t know the how or why, I accepted the will of Who. Who is in control, who makes all things possible, Who is greater in me than he in the world? And I had enough courage to BELIEVE things that were not [yet], when everything around me was asking me to doubt because of what was. God is so faithful; not just because of all God did for me, but how God kept me and comforted me through prayer, through tears, through His word, and through His POWER.

I never really knew what strength was, until I humbled myself. I never really knew what purpose was, until I saw my gifts working for greater. I never really knew what love was, until God loved me unconditionally; in spite of my hearts sinful nature and at times outright rebellion. I really never knew grace, until I learned the power of forgiveness. I never really knew God, until I was at the end of myself.

I don’t know what God has in store for you or even what you’ve been praying for; I do know God is able and even if I doesn’t look exactly how you pictured, God is still faithful. That mustard seed of faith—don’t neglect it. Don’t give up on it. Don’t disregard it. Do what you can, what you know, and trust God to direct the journey. I pray you find JOY in knowing God got you!
