Faith Training
For while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.

This week has been TOUGH. I am learning that my wilderness seasons or experiences are made to groom and perfect godliness with contentment within me (an imperfect human covered by flesh) and to strengthen my relationship and dependence on God. It’s so easy to use and become dependent on the reserves and resources God has gifted us to have or encounter as His provisions, rather than constantly seeking the ultimate Source.

But I am here to remind you to keep clinging to God, keep trusting in God’s promises, and keep valuing the principles and purpose(s) of God—even when you don’t understand the reasoning or effect. The emphasis is today is on building up your faith as much as you develop any other priority, not taking any gift for granted, as things and people in this life are temporary and fading—but God is FOREVER 🤞🏾❤️.

Making sure you do things that positively impact your minds (Phil 4:8)
Making sure we do things that feed and do not deplete our soul (1 Cor 4:21, 23)
Making sure we are connected to the vine and other branches (Luke 22:31-32)
Making sure our hearts are examined and cleansed, daily (Psalm 139:23-24) man looks at the outward appearance but God)
Making sure that our devotion to God is from a place of love and not the perception of obligation (Matthew 15:7-9)
Making sure that we guard our hearts, minds, and spirit by the application of and belief in God’s truth (John 10:10; Jeremiah 31:3–4; John 3:16; Ephesians 6:10-18).
Joy in your JOURNEY. God GOT YOU.
